With the skills acquired at his previous two jobs Yudi moved into the private catering business. Known to be a tough field to work in due to its high competitiveness, Yudi established himself with his long proven credibility in make the Kosher catering experience a breeze from start to finish. He established Oahu Kosher to serve the Hawaiian Islands, and open Yudi's Deli in November 2006–the only kosher restaurant in Hawaii.

Oahu Kosher uses only the finest kosher ingredients prepared in strict accordance with the laws of kashrus. Our kitchen is supervised by Chef Yudi Weinbaum.
